Open Solo Categories – for students performing works of a serious competitive nature. The best four performers in each category will win a commemorative trophy. Performance consists of one piece or movement, accompanied or unaccompanied, not to exceed 7 minutes. Entry fee: $30 per category.

Open Ensemble Categories - for accomplished student duets and ensembles performing works of a serious and competitive nature. The best four groups in each category will win a beautiful commemorative trophy. Performance may not exceed 5 minutes. Age category is determined by the age of the eldest member of the ensemble. Entry fee: $15 per person
